NPL Group announces another Secure Managed Exit for Valued Client

NPL Group is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the former PVC Plant at Hillhouse Enterprise Zone, Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire from Vinnolit GmbH (part of Westlake Group).

The plant was formally closed in 2019 and has undergone a rigorous decommissioning and cleaning process prior to the transfer to NPL.

NPL will now undertake the extensive demolition works which will pave the way for a redevelopment of the site and infrastructure. Works are expected to commence in December 2020.

NPL were able to provide a fully secure and managed exit for Vinnolit including environmental liability transfer including the transfer of all permits and authorisations.
