This opportunity is to develop a regionally significant logistics hub with direct access to M60 (Manchester Orbital Motorway) incorporating renewable energy and public access totalling 1.1 million sq.ft.

There is further opportunity to include landholding with a joint development into Council (Trafford MBC) owned land to provide residential mixed use to the north. Discussions are currently underway.

We are currently exploring opportunities for a joint venture, with a large specialist construction and letting developer, Stoford has expressed a keen interest in partnering in the development. A planning advocacy document has been submitted by NPL under the Greater Manchester Call for Sites programme. The site is currently being evaluated by a number of end users.
