This site is designed to deliver a residential development comprising up to 600 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes with extensive views across the sea.

The project can be subdivided into three phases for development. It includes a local service offering, comprising a food retail and ancillary food and non-food retail to design a robust interface between the development and the proposed industrial development immediately south.

A planning performance agreement has been signed between NPL and Copeland Borough Council to ensure a timely delivery of this regionally important project.
